About the four projects

1. manabu
In response to issues such as human resource development and management shortages, we will implement “educational projects” centered on study sessions and workshops on management, creativity, DX, etc., in order for Tsubame-Sanjo factories to acquire the ability to learn and implement on their own.

2. manufacturing
We will implement “manufacturing projects” aimed at creating a new manufacturing environment, such as matching support and product development support projects, in order to create a chemical reaction between the advanced skills of craftsmen and the creative approach of creators.

3. meguru
We will implement “tourism projects” to plan tours throughout the year for general tourism and for companies, organizations, and designers who want to make products in Tsubame-Sanjo. We will create opportunities for a deeper understanding and utilization of the region.

4. open
We will implement “event projects” to communicate the activities of factories and production areas from a variety of perspectives. While being an extension of day-to-day activities, these events will create opportunities for local factories to make presentations that serve as their goals.

As the first such project, we will hold the “Tsubame-Sanjo Festival of Factories” under management contract with the Tsubame-Sanjo Local Industry Promotion Center (Tsubame Sanjo).
